What a fantastic vision and heartening for us here in eastern Missouri where we are battling our local utility concerning a very ill-advised attempt on their part to put a coal ash dump in the Missouri River floodplain. We are encountering every level of resistance to our arguments for alternative generation and storage methods, and a mighty machine which supports the burning of coal which can never be clean.
