“Speaking Truth to Power: Policy Advocacy for Climate Justice” is the fourth session in an Interfaith Climate Justice “Inquiry to Action” series, designed to empower individuals and congregations with knowledge, skills and connections to address climate chance with hope and thoughtful action. At this session we will learn how to influence legislation at local, state, and national levels. Speakers include: Barbara Lifton (NY State Assemblywoman, District 125), Laurie Konwinski (Catholic Charities Justice and Peace Ministry Coordinator for Tompkins & Tioga Counties), and Miranda Phillips (Citizen’s Climate Lobby).
