General Election Impact
In the weeks leading up to Election Day, 174 IPL and affiliate volunteers in our Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign sent text messages to 519,000 climate-alarmed faith voters who don’t vote often in Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. We encouraged them to vote – and vote their values! Their voices matter. With encouragement from our volunteers, they made themselves heard in this election. We thank our affiliates in Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania for partnering with us on this.
Georgia Runoff Election Impact
In the week before Georgia’s Dec. 6th U.S. Senate runoff election, 62 IPL and affiliate volunteers in our Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign sent text messages to 200,690 climate-alarmed faith voters who don’t vote often in Georgia. We encouraged them to vote – and vote their values! Their voices matter. With encouragement from our volunteers, they made themselves heard in the runoff election. We thank our affiliate in Georgia for partnering with us on this.
